Did I REALLY miss 4 months???

I'm not sure I have much of an excuse...BUSY?? Life seems to have taken a turn and I was SOOO busy last semester that ALL I could think of was getting to Dec 12 and Graduation! Let's finish that semester and MOVE ON!!

MUCH happened between October and February. We are BACK to soccer season - both Spencer and Kelsey have both played their first Spring season games. Spencer's was this past Thursday and it was FRIGID. They won 3-0. Kelsey's was TODAY and they lost 0-2 and it was a BEAUTIFUL day!

So instead of a detailed account of life in the last four months, I'll just give some highlights through pics and a few words.

Spencer was honored for being on the High School Cross Country team...he did GREAT this year!

The kids have the entire week off for Thanksgiving, so we took off to Utah this year. It had be a LONG time since I'd been to MY family's for the holidays. We spent a day in Southern Utah and Arches National Park. What a GREAT day!!

This was a cool place...called Newspaper Rock. The petroglyphs are supposed to date back like 2000 years. It was a pretty cool place to see. But the kids ultimately loved climbing all over the rocks - obviously!

As is obvious from these pics...my kids LOVE to jump! It is something I love about them....and they love me taking pics of them jumping. Scott, on the other hand, takes shadow pics. I wish I had them here to post. Maybe I will get them and add them later!.....but maybe this "catch up" post will take awhile and I'll just get to add them here!

Our Thanksgiving in Utah was marvelous to say the VERY least. I LOVE being with my family. Of the eight siblings, five of us showed up! Sooo fun! We got to meet my brother's new girl friend, spend time laughing at home, playing lazer tag and bowling, and eating while telling funny stories about our younger days! It was perfect!!
