Anything that LIGHTENS my already overloaded plate is worthy of my gratitude!!! Such is the case today...actually last night around 9pm, but who's counting? It affects my TODAY mostly.
Having the SIUC faculty union settle so the Strike is OVER makes it so I have one less class to teach and therefore less prep and time spent in other areas besides the work I already have to do for my own classes.
So...today I am thankful that the negotiators finally settled and the strike is OVER!!!
I'm sure by the end of today I will think of OTHER things I am thankful for also, but this is the biggest one today!
